Paleographic Features

The script shows thick lines of relative uniformity.

Col. a., line 15: syāmē first written over zayn, then struck and rewritten over rēš
Col. a., line 16: marginal indication, perhaps šlb = 332?
Col. a, line 22: dsymn > dsymyn
Lines at the bottom of col. b have a dash at the beginning to mark a quotation.

1. ālap:  serif on top, as well as on the bottom of the right leg

2. gāmal: very small dot at the lowest point of the letter

3. dālat/rēš: the top bar is short, often joined to the vertical by not much of an angle

4. wāw: angled at top right, then round on the left; loop usually open

5. yod: joined form often rather tall, but not quite as tall as nun; final isolated form is the comma shape

6. mim: loop sometimes open, sometimes closed

7. semkat: not attached; left loop notably taller than the right, and of a distinctly different shape

8. ṣādē: descender very thin, esp. in comparison to the uniform thickness elsewhere in the script

9. šin: thick bowl or chalice shape
